The restaurant was very nice! the menu had great options and the staff were very attentive. i really enjoyed the sunday carvery. It was excellent and such good value. the room had everything i needed and more. It was really roomy and comfortable.

quick check-in clean room fresh food
the staff provided a very warm welcome! check-in was quick and simple. my room was clean and bright. it included everything needed for an overnight stay. the breakfast service was perfect, offering plenty of choice and hot, fresh food.
the mattress was too firm though.

a lovely memory

early access two carparks kind staff
Reception staff were so kind. They allowed us early access. i left my bags even before check-in, it made my day smoother. the hotel had two carparks, parking my vehicle was simple and easy.
The bed was somewhat soft. It felt a little under-inflated.

visible mold excessive noise
The room felt rather neglected. the bathroom had some visible mold. it was quite unpleasant. also, the noise was excessive. I heard people stomping around at all hours. this made relaxing almost impossible.

room unavailability poor service
the receptionist provided a lovely welcome. that was fine.
i booked a room, intending it would support my disability, but that specific room were unavailable. they gave a smaller room after some waiting, though it was not very suitable. the receptionist at checkout acted like she did not hear me, avoiding eye contact.

woah! totally awesome stay!

warm welcome free parking useful map
the receptionist gave me such a warm welcome, it felt so good after my long journey. the parking was free, this, i love that! i got a map with the best local spots from the staff, it was really useful.
my room's air conditioning unit was loud, it definitely made sleeping tough.
